Our Return Policy...

Thank you for ordering from Desert Valley Auto Parts.  Expect to receive your

Parts within 14 business days from the date your order was placed and confirmed by

You.  If the parts you ordered are a cut, rechrome or shop order then allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Please inspect your shipment(s) as soon as it is received. In the event there is damage we will need photos of the damage in order to file any sort of claim.  If the part is incorrect we reserve the right to replace the part, with out any cancelation. There will be no returns on any item after 30 days. In order for DVAP to accept ANY shipment back you must obtain a return authorization from your salesperson or management.  We will not accept any packages with out the RETURN AUTHORIZATION. 

Any cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee, If the item has been shipped prior

To your cancellation you will also be responsible for all shipping costs.  If your order

Consists of a cut, rechrome or shop fee there will be ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUND OF

ANY KIND and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS!!

When shipping something back to us be sure it is fully insured!
