Here is an example of what we are offering our customers as a reconditioned fender. We are starting to run out of untouched and rust free front fenders for all 65 and 66. So as an alternative we are taking our fenders that may have minor rust issues in the lower sections and we completely remove the bad metal, weld in new metal and only use a skimcoat of filler to smooth things out. We also completely remove all of the fender’s old paint, then they are etched, primed and sealed. All that’s left to do is just minor imperfection work.
